Kinesiology is an extremely effective, holistic approach
to health and healing which uses a wide range of techniques.
Q. So why is Kinesiology so effective?
A. Kinesiology is so effective because instead of
treating symptoms it enables you to determine the underlying cause
of a problem and use the appropriate techniques to deal with that
cause.
Q. What happens in a Kinesiology treatment?
A. Every person is an individual, therefore, every
treatment is individual. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
imbalances are assessed using gentle pressure muscle testing. Correction
techniques are non-invasive and may involve holding or massaging
acupressure points or holding or tapping specific points to release
emotional stress.
Q. Can you check out food sensitivities?
A. Kinesiology is a great tool for assessing food
sensitivities. Not only can you determine what foods you are sensitive
to, you can find out to what degree they affect you, and if you
can tolerate the food in smaller quantities.
Q. What kind of conditions do you treat?
A. Kinesiology is used to treat a wide range of
conditions (see appended testimonials). Physical, mental and emotional
problems all respond well to Kinesiology - from back pain to Irritable
Bowel Syndrome and from depression to ADD/ADHD. But many clients
just want to "feel better"
Q. Do you need to be ill to benefit from Kinesiology?
A. Definitely not. We all have subconscious beliefs,
often acquired in childhood, that limit what we will allow ourselves
to do, feel, or achieve. It is often our limiting beliefs that
hold
us back from achieving the things we really want in life. How good
will you feel when you have the job, the money, the relationship,
the health and the happiness that you want and deserve. Kinesiology
uses techniques that quickly and permanently change limiting programmes
into positive programmes, thus profoundly effecting the client's
ability to move forward in life. Kinesiology is an extremely powerful
tool for personal development.
