Integrated Sales App & Marketing Media
BRIEF
Soluis was approached to by Morgan Capital to produce media and marketing materials to aid in the promotion of their latest development, One Smarts Place.
One Smarts Place is a stylish new commercial office complex in High Holborn, made up of 7 floors and various interior layout options.
The project had a keen focus on the buildings interiors, designed by Modus.
Approach
We produced a computer-generated environment from the buildings architectural drawings and worked closely with Modus to showcase their interior design plans for the future space.From this CG environment we were able to create a range of marketing media for Morgan Capital including; fly though promotional animation and a range of CG stills to be used online and in print material.
The main output was the bespoke, integrated sales app. This app performs as a portal to all marketing and specification data for One Smarts Place including, the animation, imagery and interactive 3D floorplans on screen and by using the AR function, that allows the plans to be placed on any surface.
OUTCOME
The application and marketing assets are currently being used to promote the future space.
