Radisson Hotel Group, Americas Business ConferenceImmersive Event Experience Package
Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) approached us to devise an impactful audience experience for those attending their first US business conference since a complete rebrand of the group.
This event was held in Orlando and focussed on promoting five of the group’s key hotel brands to clients, developers, and staff.
We had originally produced a series of virtual environments to support the creation of photo-realistic imagery, and this was used for the initial presentation of the core brand design concepts.
Following a full creative discovery process with RHG, four visual engagement formats were selected to allow delegates to interact with each brand’s design identity at least once during the event.
These formats included two immersive Reality Portals™ and a room-scale virtual reality lab. In both cases these allowed attendees to gain a memorable, first-hand appreciation of the new brand design approaches.
Two augmented reality mobile apps were also created, using the latest AR innovation to allow users to explore digital guestrooms – both at the conference and on their own devices thereafter.
These apps enabled seamless access to the full suite of CGI we had created, and also featured an AR capability known as the ‘Magic Door’™.
The Magic Door feature is a form of augmented reality that allows viewers to project a full scale virtual representation of a room that can be explored by simply walking around whilst viewing through mobile devices.
Each of these interactive platforms generated substantial excitement and engagement among attendees and were all extremely well received across all delegate segments.
The technology used to depict the new design concepts was also successful in maintaining a high level of engagement and communicating key information throughout the event.
“The entire VR experience and especially the white room was a huge success, everyone is still raving about it.
You all played a big part in making our event one that will be remembered!”
